Who We Are:
Husband and wife team, Mike and Gillian Amery, established The Kitchen Company more than 20 years ago. Gillian leads a highly experienced staff at their unique product showroom. Gillian’s degree in Fine Art and interior design training, bring out her natural flair for design and amazing ability to create beautiful functioning kitchens. Her ability to visualize the completed kitchen from the onset, coupled with her vast storehouse of product knowledge, has resulted in many awe inspiring kitchens. General contractor Mike is the expert craftsman and installation coordinator.
Teresa Mascagno has been drafting and designing for The Kitchen Company since 2000. She received her interior design & CAD training at Santa Barbara City College where she earned an achievement award. Teresa has an outstanding ability to communicate with the clients and interpret their ideas into visual plans.
Patricia Just’s career began in New York after graduating from Pratt Institute. She received the Outstanding Student Award while enrolled in Santa Barbara City College’s Interior Design program. She joined The Kitchen Company as a designer in 2001 after 15 years with her own design firm. Pat’s passion for space planning is evident in her ability to transform ordinary spaces into a balance of light, space, texture, function and sensation.
